a few words about us

   Come Eat, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that delivers food, friendship, clothing, hygiene products and other essentials to those in need.  Locations are determined by input from churches, community organizations, and individual referrals.

    We currently serve food 2 nights a week in Stephenville, Texas, and have plans to expand our service to Dublin and other surrounding areas. (For a list of areas please visit our Calendar page.)

How it all began

   In 2009, the seed was planted to walk the path of love - caring for those individuals feeling abandoned and isolated due to financial situations, stresses of everyday life, or perhaps just the lack of close family support.

   One common requirement, regardless of the situation, is nutritional need. Knowing that you can receive your daily bread and that there is someone who cares about you is a fundamental step in improving every situation.

   Come Eat, Inc. started with a 26 ft. International Workhorse truck that was customized with a full commercial kitchen, and a few people committed to getting it on the road serving food and friendship to those in need.  That goal became a reality in June 2010 when we made our first meal delivery.
